$100 deposit to hold your animal.

We will send final invoice with hang weight after you place your order.

All beef is sold by hanging weight and includes cutting and wrapping. After the cut and wrap, there will be a loss of weight due to fat and bones.

Please remember the numbers of each item are estimates only, as the weight of each animal is different.

Customized cut list is only available for purchase of 1/2 or whole beef.

  • For orders over 1/2 cow the butcher will contact you directly to help you fill out a cut sheet.

    For 1/4 cow orders, the cut list as follows:

    • 5 Ribeye steaks
    • 3 Filet Mignon steaks
    • 5 New York steaks
    • 3 Sirloin steaks
    • 3 London Broil
    • 1 Tri Tip steak
    • 2 Chuck roasts
    • 1 Sirloin Tip roast
    • 1 Bottom Round roast
    • 3 Short Rib packages
    • 1 Brisket
    • 2 Stew Meat packages (1.5 lbs. per package)
    • Ground Beef, 40-50lbs (1 lb. per package)
    • 2 Soup Bone packages
    • Liver, heart, and fat available upon request.

    Customized cut list is only availabe for 1/2 or whole beef purchases.
